Create Your Own Christmas Themed Cakes

Deck the halls with cake and frosting!

In this 3-hour class, you'll be learning how to incorporate festive flavors into traditional, chic and decorative cakes that won't fail to charm any upcoming Christmas party.

You'll be making ONE of the following:

• Snow Flake Cake - A vanilla cake filled with candy cane icing, covered with Swiss meringue buttercream and decorated with delicate snowflakes.
• Christmas Tree Cake - A spiced Christmas cake filled and covered with Swiss meringue buttercream and decorated with cute Christmas trees
• Rich Fruit Cake - A traditional Christmas fruit cake, covered with marzipan and sugar icing. For this recipe, you can choose between two six-inch cakes or one eight-inch cake.

Students will learn:

• How to bake the cakes from scratch
• How to make the icing
• How to stack and decorate the cakes

At the end of this class, you'll get to take your self-made confectionery delights home!
